Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping for all of our  products through USPS. Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. Rest assured, we take responsibility for any damage incurred during shipping so you can be completely confident in your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your Purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at info@benjaminheyman.com to receive authorization. After receiving authorization, ship item in secure packaging, and mail to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 14 days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on credit card statements, depending on your credit card company policies. We will notify you when your return has been processed.
